Chuck Barbaresi has a Massachusetts Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license and has been appraising commercial properties for the last 34 years.  For the last 17 years he has been working for Robert P. Wood as a self-employed contractor and has appraised most commercial type facilities including office, retail, industrial, service oriented, and land development.  

Prior to joining Robert Wood, Mr. Barbaresi was employed with Bank of Boston for eight years. In this capacity he was responsible for the review of outside appraisals as well as in house evaluations.  Additionally, he headed the department overseeing all appraisals originating from the northern lending offices (Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire) and then later was responsible for all of Rhode Island.   

Mr. Barbaresi graduated from Northeastern University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science Engineering Degree and on graduation took an engineering position with Stone & Webster, where for six years he designed pipe support restraints for nuclear power plants.

Jon Schoell is a licensed Massachusetts Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. Jon has been appraising commercial real estate since 1995.  For the last 22 years Jon worked for Robert P. Wood as a self-employed contractor and has appraised many types of commercial properties including, but not limited to, office, retail, industrial, service oriented, apartment buildings and land development to name a few.  Jon graduated from Keene State College in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management.

Joe Walsh is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licensed to appraise all types of real estate in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Joe is a lifelong resident of Milton, Massachusetts and now resides in Falmouth on Cape Cod. He is a 1982 graduate with a concentration in Economics from St. Michael’s College in Winooski, Vermont. In 1988 he received his MBA with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. In the past, he has worked for various locally based companies such as Grossman’s Lumber, Power Soft, State Street Bank, Jack Conway Real Estate. Most recently, he was affiliated with Robert P. Wood & Co. Inc. from 2003 through 2017, where he completed a wide variety of commercial appraisal assignments for various bank lending clients, charitable organizations and private parties.
